The AGS Meridian II is a M core workhorse for all your general purpose needs, and it has been completely re-worked since launch. All attributes corresponds with pilot skills @level 4 and Level 4 Handling on all flight/fuel tank and container elements. I am not sure what the cargo limit at 1G to space is with these new bonuses probably easily carry whatever you dump into the S container anyways.
