You can supply materials and i supply BP and deployment and you just pay me $6mil or i supply everything and you pay $12 mil. The price includes x3) Basic Containers L per section (x9 total). my little entry for the NQ Build Your Legacy contest, only started last week so not to long on the build but im happy how it turned out which is pretty hard putting detail together with the rules of no more than 700 meters of honeycomb, comes with lobby, office, living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage area for ship parts, ive always built large core buildings but ive enjoyed playing around constructing a building this size with compact rooms that have a true feeling of space for the size of our avatars, i will look forward to doing more on release :)

In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. Fun and Funky little space station. You too can create a nice little home in space with this station. Landing pad on top, nice spacious hangar, plenty of room for industry and storage all in a colorful package. Easy to expand with access doors on 3 sides to add more landing space. Industry area has a couple of different expandable set up options for your convenience. Plenty of space for parts storage as well. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! Update: Blueprints are now available! VR: Hover Pad - by SVEA for a demo and location. Need a place to land you can't miss? Try our brand new L-Core Landing pad! Comes with automated guiding lights luring you straight to the middle and in case of a power outage also has nice contrasting guide arrows and markers. The pad is build on four extra large hovers so no need to work with messy pillars or other anchors to keep it down. The pad was made from a modular kit I designed, so if you do not like the outline, I am sure we can come up with something that will work for you. (except VERY rude shapes). Can also be stitched and connected to any other platform, including M-Cores. I am more than glad to set them up with you where you need in any configuration.
