This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

We even sell ships at the Scrapyard. We sell them either repaird, with elements that do not have full repairtimes on them, or unrepaird so you can get it cheaper and need to repair it your self. We even buy elements that's broken, the repairtimes are what determines the price of the element/ship that we are looking at to buy. So if you are a scavanger come by and show us what you have. Im happy to be back after a long break with a new 4 core static building (garage / workshop) you can visit in VR- LOADED INDUSTRIES NEW LOCATION your find the build on the left hand side of the main showroom, you will find a dispenser in main showroom and inside the new building Treat your ships to a new storage area or even build new ships within the garage, plenty of lighting and space to work with, viewing area both ends of the build and storage space for containers in the 4 pillars, plenty of room to land and lift off your ships from the centre of the building with an open roof or even place your space elevator in the centre, sorry i forgot to remove my name above the entrances before making my bp's so your have to remove and replace with your own name, after moving to the desert myself and noticed how uneven the ground is i have raised the floor of the building so it gives you alittle room to place on uneven surfaces without looking like its floating in the air with plenty of space under for you to extend if needed by just copy and paste parts from the original build, each section takes around 17.5k of plastic honeycomb to make, in the near future there will also be a landing pad released to go with this building also 4 cores. you will receive 4 blueprints for this building, when snapping together make sure once you snap to the first core that you press HOME key then END key and you should line up prefectly then just rotate into position, double check your joins before you deploy construct.

BP dispenser located on Alioth at ---> ::pos{0,2,24.6416,120.5044,3.8850} That building is in an L Core. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! This is an easy to build mining station designed with cheap elements. This station have 6 large extractors linked with a large container to receive minerals. This station is build on a S static core for modular purpose. The blueprint can be find inside a dispenser on Alioth : ::pos{0,2,46.6090,96.4753,134.4049} The dispenser is on the rooftop.
