On deployment you can chose your own building material honeycombs (Primary, Contrast, Metal and Lumi). Comes in four flavours with each it's own distinct role: Barrier - (Bp: 0.9M Token: 2.7M) The basic variant is used as a simple but elegant landing platform that allows any M-core or smaller ship to land safely on it. Guided by landing lights and having a nice elevator down to the ground. Corsar* - (Bp: 1.8M Token: 3.6M) This one comes with a hole in the top! But in that hole fits a Medusa Y-Lift capable of lifting around 600tons on Alioth and up to 2Kt on places like Madis without talents. It comes with a nice ramp that allows you to walk up right to the Elevator seat. Kombat - (Bp: 1.8M Token: 3.9M) Ah, the trusty workhorse of the lot. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed. The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.
