Introducing the Knox, a fast and aggressively stylish pocket bike. This sharp looking hover bike was inspired by the Aopoa Nox of Star Citizen and adapted for the mechanics of Dual Universe. The Knox was made as a pocketable atmospheric bike that could reach insane speeds and give the rider the thrill of piloting a highly agile craft. The Knox comes with 2 chair surfaces and a remote controller allowing you to pilot the craft with a passenger. Perfect for flying you around your mining hexes, to your neighbors base or race around with your friends. Equipped with 3 customizable S engines, you can tailor the bike to your preferences giving you full control of the speed, weight, fuel economy and brake force. This way handling can be tuned utilizing various engine configurations. Behind each engine exists a flat voxel to easily swap to your desired combination. Included in the design is a blank programming board giving you options to install a LUA script of your choice. The remote controller comes pre-installed with Arch HUD giving you the option of autopilot and a whole host of helpful features. No Man's Sky inspired warp shuttle. 24 cells from Alioth to Teoma If you deploy it without the warp drive it doubles as a high-performance market runner. The stats seen here are after a max handling boost and medium pilot skills. Rare and Advanced parts have been used to make the ship, so keep that in mind before buying a BP. Also, the warp atlas seen on the cockpit xs screen no longer works. I replaced it with a simple logo. I figure you guys can get creative with it and put whatever script or image you want on there. --DU creators website is very bad i got hacked do not trust it-- All likes removed from my ships In the closing weeks of DU’s beta phase, I spent many days producing this industrial warp hauler for us all to enjoy post launch. Using a source image found online, I carefully created the Hyperion in stunning detail. The key was to remain faithful to the concept art and achieve a performance that would rival any ship in its size class. The appearance of this full size S core might deceive you, but rest assured, the handling and capability of the ship will not disappoint. Utilizing 5x Basic Container L the Hyperion can comfortably handle 1KT worth of cargo to and from a 1G planet. This is not the hard limit as with good flight talents and a seasoned pilot, the ship is capable of more than double the recommended weight. The Hyperion PRO comes equipped with 8 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines and 6 Advanced Safe Space Engines instead of Basics. This is the only difference between the versions. The Hyperion is intended as a warp capable hauler for moving large amounts of cargo efficiently. A shield is included in the blueprint, however, it is not recommended for use in the PVP zone as it has no weapons by default. All engines can be swapped out to increase performance but you can find the recommended engine loadout on the Hyperion PRO (rated for 2KT). Please note that exceeding the recommended weight of the ship may cause brakes and wings to underperform. The inertia matrix has been fine tuned to negate as many unwanted rotational forces as possible, even under extreme load. Once again, I have installed the open source LUA for container content information and element status (coded by Krengus of ASTCo). For the flight script, I opted to use Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). as it provides a clean, customizable interface that is effective at displaying all the information you need as you focus on flying and it has everything you need. We gave the Defiance an update for Release. She is a true agile fun to fly little warp shuttle. if you tried her you will compare most other ships in terms of agility to this one.... BP 4m Quanta. The Ugly Swan is a medium ship and probably the largest ship I will make in Dual Universe working by myself. This is based on how long it took me to source all the parts (purchased and manufactured). I am please with how it performs as it does function as I intended however, this ship is a great example, of trying to put too much on any one ship and left me with a very small number of choices for arranging the times to fit properly. The functions this ship fulfils are: Warp capable carrier, capable of carrying one small ship on the landing pad and two xs ships in the landing bays on the sides. Though the xs bays do not fit a full size xs ship. Territory scanner ship. Three territory scanners one on each corner. One DSAT for homing in on Asteroids. People transporter with a viewing area (Glass seating area) with a view of space / planet. 1G Atmospheric fight capable Space flight capable. Storage for resources though my really intention was to leave it in space while you shuttle back and forward in one of the docked ships. So the storage capacity is really meant to be on the docked ships. I designed it to carry the Elemental with a full load and carry the xs ships along with the filing its own cargo hold (four times the Elemental's capacity). I have not stress tested this ship, due to time constraints, but I can confirm it can carry the Elemental with cargo in and out of the atmosphere (At least 3.5Kt of cargo). Max speed is speed in space, the max atmospheric speed without burning up is 1000Km/h. The atmo thrust and space thrust values are forward thrust only (I do have thrust in other directions). Also it has four rocket engines because who does not like rocket engines.
