You must have your custom Lua setup to use the lua included for the shuttle to communicate with the Exodus. Follow these simple steps. While in game hit Escape. On the left Click Controls. Scroll down (6 down) and click Lua Scroll Down and add Lua Option 11 - Shift 1 Lua Option 12 - Shift 2 Nothing else on the ships needs to be touched. When you enter the cockpit simply press "Shift 1" and the forcefields will lower and the shuttle bay lights will turn on. The forcefields and lights will close/turn off 10 seconds later. When flying back to the ship simply dock while in flight Alt+T and then "Shift 2" and the forcefields will again turn off and the shuttle bay lights will turn on. These will stay open/on. After landing inside the ship as you walk into the main body of the ship you will trip a laser and this will trigger the forcefields to turn on and shuttle bay lights to turn off. Just fly maybe 1,000m or more above the target ship, and then slowly sink down while you position. It can manage Alioth with its 1G of gravity. You can hover from a platform to the water surface by using "space" and some thrust. i recommend to first cut throttle and hold brake key until the boat stabilizes ( stops going up/down). then accelerate and have fun. Trim Feature: if you want to go max speed, you can "trim" the boat. Unburdened by the useless mass of atmo elements, it has a solid ~7g of space thrust and a max speed of about 39,000kmh, which lets it race to asteroids quickly to beat the competition. It comes with only two M containers inside, but there are eight racks on the exterior to attach extra containers - giving it a storage volume of up to 1.7ML. These racks are also a good place to attach other elements, such as a shield. The DSAT is built into the BP, but it's easy to remove and reinsert at will with an indicator for precise placement. There's also a slot for a warp drive at the tail of the ship, but it's optional. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES: • The Beltalowda comes with a DRM-free BP of a XS space station so that you can have a place to park the ship when not in use. You'll need another atmo-capable ship to haul the ore down to dirt. • For obvious reasons, don't spawn the Beltalowda in atmosphere. First place a XS space platform or two, then spawn the ship. The platform is DRM free, so you can make a core BP of it after spawning to make more of them. • If you want to convert the Beltalowda into a regular hauler, just remove the DSAT and replace it with 6 L containers, for a total of up to 14 L containers(2.7ML). Recommended max cargo mass is 2000t to keep the thrust above 1g. Listed stats are with level 4 technician/piloting talents and basic elements.

For the most part, Episodes 7-9 were terrible, BUT the places where some us could still find refuge was in the ships, sets, sounds, and heck even I found a FEW moments outside the plot were enjoyable. One in particular was in the beginning of episode 7 where we see this shuttle arrive and Kylo descends the ramp in classic SW badass fashion. Like that ramp everything pretty much went downhill from there.... But despite that I found great potential in this chassis and here it is for your enjoyment - My own take on the Upsilon Shuttle with a fully-flushed interior. This configuration makes a great planet courier: balance between offense/defense, agility, speed, and hauling capacity.
