I highly recommend letting factory run for 24 hours before starting the assembly lines for containers. 24 hour production rate with no talents that is if you set all machines to run. Construct: As most mining rigs only require four units, the blueprint contains four Large and two Small allowing you to disable the Small units if required. You can also choose to replace these with large units if so required. Please note, if you do use four and remove the two S cores, edit lua parameters and enter in "25" (without quotes) to the "Gaps" field. This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

Cool looking L sized Landing pad for AGG platforms, it has a decorational pulsor on the bottom and has at least 3 voxel layers. The pad was designed to be a "standalone" placing them close together will need a lot of work... This is an easy to build mining station designed with cheap elements. This station have 6 large extractors linked with a large container to receive minerals.
