DERP is back! Here is my result and also my first experiences with the new voxel tool. The MPUV is a small courier that also has 4 XS containers on board. It is only built for the atmosphere but can also be used in space, but then you can't really take much with you. I built it because of the syle, not because of the use. The MPUV is the first DERP ship of the finished game. And many more will follow. It will be sold only as a blueprint.

As he clawed his way into the launch of Dual Universe, Resource was heard screaming, "NO SHOEBOXES". Surely a ship could be built that could satisfy the detailed mind of a this ship builder with performance we all want, NO EXPECT without looking like a shoebox. And so as he toiled away in the darkness of Thades shadow at the Crash Industries skunkworks, the Cambria took shape. A T shape to be exact. But how would Resource achieve the high altitude lift he wanted, no required AND avoid a wall of engines? These are the challenges that drive some mad as they rebreathe the same stale air inside their helmets. The space anguish spiraled out of control as the ship went from 2, no 4, no 4.5 containers! Just when some would break down in a pile of mangled voxels, Resource looked up and saw his masterpiece. His first thought? I wonder if I can cram a medium shield in there? ... the answer was yes. The Cambria by WarpForged is a small core (small footprint) hauler that safely lifts two XL mission packages (2.8+ kt in 4L & 1M containers) from Alioth's surface with level 4 pilot talents. This hauler is made for everyone who needs to get stuff done. It's a good looking ship without a bunch of extra elements you're going to have to repair if the inevitable happens. The newest addition to the Underdun Arcade. Based on the classic Boulder Dash, on the Commodore and Amiga. Featuring all 20 original levels! Come check it out at the Underdun Arcade (VR) ::pos{0,2,38.0744,106.5346,114.9047} ** RULES ** Move your character with the arrow keys. You can dig through dirt, and push boulders. Collect as many coins as specified in each level, at the loading screen, within the time limit. Once you have enough, the game background changes, and the Exit opens up. Gathering more coins than needed, grants extra quanta. Collecting 500 quanta worth of coins, grants an extra life (you start with 3). Coins and boulders roll off each other, and off walls. If they land on your head, you die. You can safely dig under a stationary boulder. Butterflies and Fireflies kill you on touch. Drop a boulder on them to kill them. Butterflies generate coins when they explode. Fireflies do not. Amoeba spreads like a virus through the level. It kills Butterflies and Fireflies, but it only blocks the player. If it grows too large, it will turn into boulders. Encasing the Amoeba using boulders, coins or the player so it can't grow, turns it into coins. The Magic Wall turns boulders into coins and vice versa. Activate it by dropping a boulder on it. It has a set time limit. CTRL+F9 hides your UI so it's easier to see the game. Type "kill" in the LUA chat if you get stuck. You can choose to start on any of the 20 levels, by typing "level <number>" in the LUA chat.

The Apollo is a highly efficient and versatile cruiser. The narrow cross section (455m2) enables a larger payload because of less atmo drag. Capable of 5kt cargo lift depending on engines installed, talents and pilot skill. Ensure a soft, plane like landing to avoid overloading the vertical boosters if landing heavy. There is a spacious cargo area that can be outfitted to suit the mission. The standard loadout is 7 L containers, 3 more can be added alongside a M shield to fill the hub capacity if required. The interior is spacious and has crew quarters for the captain, a dedicated resurrection chamber and passenger seating. A landing pad is available at the rear of the ship for shuttles or fighter escorts, as the Apollo is an M core, up to S core size can be docked. The Apollo is designed for everyday use, it has a playful flight profile, is efficient enough to pop to the market for a few items but powerful enough to make those large mission runs or asteroid trips too.
