My goal in this game has always just been to cruise around and explore, so the focus of the tinkering has been getting something that flies as well as possible, and I am pretty pleased with how it came out so I thought I would share. It is good for about 50t off of Alioth on the basic version depending on skills. Burn speed is up around 1850 so is pretty forgiving if you come back in to atmo a little hot. Container hub and engines centered on 0,0 so it stays balanced regardless of load. All medium engines so nice and fuel efficient. All a single honeycomb type so feel free to replace with your voxel of choice. Stats are listed for the "basic" engine version which uses pure carbon as the weight reference. Engines also easy to swap out, coordinates in the pictures, though it seems you need to pull the ailerons off to place the engines and put them back on when you are done. Whether you are brand new and looking to upgrade but not ready for the big large engine haulers, or have been around a while and just looking to try something different on the cheap, feel free to come by and check them out. The Tortuga is a budget-focused S core hauler, new from Captains Customs in retail release! It is capable of safely carrying and landing 2.1kt on a 1g planet. The Tortuga boasts 576kl of storage on a hub via 3 basic container L. Most all components are tier 1, which means the ship is very inexpensive to deploy, or replace if those pesky pirates catch you. The Silver arrow is mid range hauler. Designed to be beginner friendly it can carry a full haul of hematite to space. It's large stabilizers make it an excellent glider. Even when fully loaded with 840tons it is easily able to recover from a dead fall from 3000m with no engines. It features 3 floors and offers room for desired expansions: Warpdrive, shield, extra storage an extra L space fuel tank and more. The core is located between the large stabilizers and other big elements for extra protection. The Duality is a high performance hauler with 20 Container Ls and 17 Advanced Military Atmo Engines to get the job done. It will lift fully loaded with most mined minerals and will haul a half load of Hematite without issue. It features AGG and can lift limitless weight to space with AGG. It is warp capable and has a landing pad on top for a Divinity S core ship or any other S or XS ship you want! It also features AGG for unlimited weight potential. The Arion is a delicate balance between looks, speed and usability. Because the game has changed a lot since this unit was designed and because ground mining on the planet has been removed, the mining plugins have been removed. The design of the unit has been improved to accommodate the "no stacking of elements" rule and more thrust has been added. A hover engine has been added to allow the player to stand still for hours. A new plugin has been added: Harvester. It allows you to store the location in a database with a timer.
