Lack of interest and funds to restore the mining relic has led Satrion Corp [RION] Board of Directors to fund simple upgrades, such as auto-mining units, fuel refining, and a converted second-floor executive lounge for ore production and repair parts. Other restorations include all new lights throughout, upgraded safety barriers for NQSHA compliance, as well as all-new gas-filled windows in all areas for a comfortable mining experience. Both lower-level and rooftop cranes are non-functioning. Stairs from first-floor offices to the second-floor executive lounge have been removed, as well as stairs to rooftop access. This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you.
