This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

The wooden style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments. This is a small core starter warp cell factory designed mainly for personal use production of warp cells. All industry is labeled via screens for easy startup.
