MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. my little entry for the NQ Build Your Legacy contest, only started last week so not to long on the build but im happy how it turned out which is pretty hard putting detail together with the rules of no more than 700 meters of honeycomb, comes with lobby, office, living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage area for ship parts, ive always built large core buildings but ive enjoyed playing around constructing a building this size with compact rooms that have a true feeling of space for the size of our avatars, i will look forward to doing more on release :)

At daytime a fairly normal looking tower, but at night it seems to be burning. 5,000,000 quanta for a batch of 8 blueprint copies. Dispenser is in the penthouse underneath the landing pad in the top of the tower. Deploying strategy: 1. deploy the base core 2. deploy the North core, then the East, then the South and then the West core 3. deploy the first floor on the base core 4. deploy the second floor on the first floor 5. the second floor bp copy is DRM free so you can mulitply it to make your Lotus tower higher 6. deploy the top floor on the final second floor core NOTE! Possible problems: while connecting the North, East, South and West cores to the base core you may have to remove glass panels from the base (4 in the center) and then place them back when the core is placed. A small core version of my outpost miner this one is the mini! is a small core design that has room for easy 10 large containers in building the bp only has 2 placed and only 1 basic L autominer placed. Has 6 slots total for the autominers in case you wish to add more later uses just 970m of voxels so easy to construct all aluminum so as to be easy to build and quick to place. the skirt around the edge is rather tall to help place it on uneven terrain and still look right.
