The Mongoose is an M core Rail boat. It has a warp drive to help get around the system, making it a great patrol boat. I've made the BP for the Mongoose very cheap (500k) to help encourage new people into PVP and for training. PVP in DU can be a lot of fun, dont worry about dying, just have fun. The "Carl Sagan" class of organically shaped ships that provide cargo and VIP personnel logistics. The ship is versatile. It has a cockpit that can be customized, then there is the passenger area that contains in its current configuration seats for up to 12 VIPs, and then there is its cargo bay which can be configured to hold one or more of the following customer-provided elements: - containers - seats - additional engines - warp drive - scanner - radar This ship, in its original configuration, is a LIGHT-built - mostly lithium, some sodium, small amounts of plastic, but also precious woods. The ship has the ability of uncontrolled soft landing. When having reached sufficient height and minimum speed, the pilot could leave the cockpit and she will glide towards the ground and has a smooth touch-down, provided that there are no obstacles in her way (artificial structures, steep cliffs ). She uses XS landing gear to allow easy access. Strong lights provide good sight when landing in the dark. She's at home on hovers, in the air, and in space. The ship is sold as token, and the sales are limited to a total of 10 ships only to keep her rare. The price is 9 million, but if the buyer provides all materials and elements, the price will be reduced to 7.5 million - a discount of more than 10% and well above the worth of all used elements and materials. The Dart is one of the few "real" Warp-Shuttles available since the release of Dual Universe. It is built for minimum weight while still maintaining a pleasant appearance. Since the weight of the warp drive was increased to 75t, most low-weight shuttles became obsolete. They simply do not produce enough lift anymore to haul the warp drive around. Because this unfortunately affected also our beloved "Needle", the Dart was born. Just 4 warp cells from Alioth to Madis, 15 to Teoma. This is not a racer, flight is docile and leaving Alioth is a bit challenging for a pilot without skills. The handling improves dramatically for a pilot with just lvl2+ talents on engines and wings. Stats are for unskilled pilots, cargo lift depends heavily on pilot skills. This version features all advanced military engines. I am pleased with this ship design, which I called Elemental because I designed it to carry ore (elements) back when underground mining was done on planets. I have kept updating it as game updates so it is fully functional to date though the Adjustors need a little tweaking still since there is a small error in placement after one of the updates to item mass. Considering my 'Voxelmancy' is not as good as it could be I am really happy with how this ship looks. The ship is a small Core 1G hauler designed to carry just over 1KT of cargo (about 2.73 KT of weight including its own weight). I have stress tested the landings with about 1.22 KT of cargo but the landings gets a little bit more like a fall towards the atmosphere / space boundary at around this weight. If a lighter materials was used to build the ship then this could probably increase this carry weight a little (the ship is made of solid silver). The ship also has a Rocket engines to give the ship a bit of a kick into space if you slightly overload the cargo capacity or if you choose an angle that is too step to reach space with normal engines. They do have to be used close to the space / atmosphere boundary since the ship has 1 medium Rocket Fuel tank. The ship also features four downward facing atmospheric engines to provide more lift during landing when the ship is excessively overloaded in a 1G environment and coming in for a landing at slow speeds. LUA is required to allow them to be turned off and on to avoid wasting fuel all the time, though I have given these engines their own fuel tanks to avoid stealing fuel from the normal engines. I have engines facing in all directions for space flight with the majority pointing down wards and backwards, the remaining engines really being intended for manoeuvring. The Atmospheric engines point in every direction except pointing downwards since you have gravity to help you out with that direction. The values of Space and atmospheric thrust for this ship are the forward thrust values and not the total thrust values for all directions. I use a small amount of LUA on this ship since making my own interface is on my list of things to do in Dual Universe, currently I only use it for engine controls, to set the desired altitude and extend / retract the landing gear. Max Atmospheric speed is just 20,000 KM/H in space and 1000 KM/H in atmosphere before you start burning up. Lastly it is of made of solid glossy Silver, because when they released element resistances. Silver was the best basic material with resistance to weight ratio, without having to consider making an alloy. To be honest I actually quite like how it looks so I have been built all my ships out of this material.

The stats seen here are after a max handling boost and medium pilot skills. Rare and Advanced parts have been used to make the ship, so keep that in mind before buying a BP. Now on version 3 that includes all the VPT work that wasn't around when I first made it. The Spindler was my second ship that I made and my first to see space. Many moons later I've completely redesigned it with better, prettier voxel work, upgraded engines and really better stats all the way around. While my first space faring ship worked, this one will help you make that transition to space so much easier and with much better style than I had. Zero Cool is unique experimental sci-fi style supersonic heat-resistant ship. @youtube = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bs4aii8Hk6c It's very easy to control and can lift about 2000t of cargo (give or take based on talents). It will very easily go over 1500km/h in lower atmo with only 30% throttle. It's powered by 6x uncommon maneuver atmospheric L engines, but stock engines will work fine too, they'll just eat bit more fuel and warm-up time is longer. It has about 17g lift from wings, which should be able to get 2000t of cargo into space from any planet's surface. most important part about this ship, is that it's equipped with heat shield, which prevents you from taking damage when going supersonic speeds in atmosphere. you can easily fly 2000km/h in lower atmo and 5000km/h in upper atmo. it's not 100% as it depends how good you are at flying, for example if you start turning at high speeds, there's a risk that some elements may take heat damage or break completely, but if you know how to fly and don't make any sudden turns, then no problem! I have gone around alioth twice at about 5000km/h and haven't had any issues. This ship is designed for effeciency and ease of use, it will get you from A to B faster than normal ships. It only has 2xM containers + 4x S containers, but you can easily squeeze 4 more S containers on it. This ship is almost as small as S core, but reasons why it uses M core, is because smaller size M core ships are more heat resistant and also so that you can tow S core ships with it.
