I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! The Dune Dwellers of Haven have perfected harvesting the planets resources with their specialized Mining Silo's. Designed with a Basic Container M & 4x Mining Unit L's, this resource facility can store up to 7 days worth of resources for a single weekly haul. Over 80kL of ore storage! Calibration can be done via the platform deck in RPG style, or for those seeking efficiency through the bottom where the ore will calibrated ore will spawn. Looking up from the bottom you can see the machinery in action as it chews up the ore being extracted from the dunes below. My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

As the Rock Raiders continued their expanse they started finding, stealing, and then revamping UEF designs. One of their hauls was a sub orbital platform. Given their ingenuity they were able to drop off a haul of T1 ore and have it automatically processed into Nitron and Kergon X5 at the same time. The only maintenance to this system is the occasional purge of oxygen and hydrogen once in a while while there to fuel up Rock Raider ships. If you're like me, you love Dual Universe and the amazing freedom it gives us to build whatever we want. However, some of us are more inclined to fantasy settings over Sci-fi. Others might just want a change of scenery for some of their buildings. If this is you, then check out Stormsteel's Fantasy Building Kit.
