A ship designed for BSW lead engineer dogface. The Diamondface is based on his favorite ship from Elite Dangerous: The Diamondback Explorer. Diamondface is a S-core all-rounder with a single L container and fully equipped for space for atmospheric travel. Safe type Space Engines allow for a rapid warm up and acceleration out of atmosphere. It also features a luxurious interior with bedroom, dinette and bathroom, as well as a respawn node. The design also incorporates a warpdrive which can be excluded on your personal build, if you choose. This ship was designed with aesthetics in mind, but dogface has painstakingly ensured the ship flies, turns, rolls, pitches and yaws smoothly with no overlapping axes, with balanced center of mass and abundant atmospheric lift. She's pretty. She got curves. She makes you easily fly high. She lets you see what others don't. She gives you a cozy place and she carries your stuff. She's the companion you wanted for all operations that are too small for a fuel-hungry super hauler. The "Not-For-Hire" (some know this name from a great SciFi novel) is a great companion for small- and mid-scale mining operations, and for hauling if you got a lot to move but not as much that a huge, fuel-consuming super hauler would make sense. The colors of the ship are snow white and Martian red. Her modern cockpit has style and gives you an amazing view while you fly. Her strong downward and forward illumination makes you see where you land during dark nights. And her extremely good wing lift gets her airborn with as less as 150 km/h. Also excellent gliding capability for mean stingy captains who want to save on fuel. The ship allows access or exit from five of the six sides, allowing ops where speed is key. She has a forward-facing hangar that can carry various speedboats, mini haulers, or armed fighters. Alternatively, the hangar can be used as forward-facing weapon platform. Dedicated storage for hangar vehicles. Dedicated accessories storage and of course the main cargo containers for freight. She is not meant to cruise alone inside PVP zones, but she still has a shield generator. The strong landing lights can be switched on or off, and also all major light sources inside the ship can be switched on or off. And she offers seating and two "onboard cinemas" for up to 18 passengers, and two additional seats inside the cockpit for 2 VIP passengers. Inside the cockpit are also two commando seats for additional crew members. NOTE The original ship has 3 cores: an M core, and two XS cores. But those two XS cores are mainly experimental and have no real design or function value. The version with the waves on the hull is the latest version. The AGS Meridian II is a M core workhorse for all your general purpose needs, and it has been completely re-worked since launch. Check out the all new interior, complete with a docking bay for two racers (because who doesn't want to be involved in Race Night?). 4L and 1M containers, with additional space for scrap and cells, plus two dispensers in the lobby. It is said that skilled pilots can make the Dune Hauler fly, while newer ones will want to stick closer to the ground. For the Dune Dwellers of Haven this common hauler is a staple in their fleet, and is a common sight on the flatter surfaces of the planet. The Stellarwing is an exercise in minimalism. Available in both cargo and warp versions. Its fitted with a few chairs if you care to take your alts or friends along with you. For those using it as an alt carrier, you can easily fit a res node inside the ship covering the upper hatch. She also has minimal cross-section, so even when using rare militaries, has good fuel consumption. We won't lie the warp version is far from the fastest, but by using only medium engines, it has exceptional fuel consumption. She warps from Alioth to Teoma on 14 warp cells fully fueled, which isn't bad for something a little more brash than a warp drive with wings and a few engines. She also has storage to store a warp drive in the cargo and will make it to space with decent skills and a patient pilot in this configuration (3's should do it). In cargo mode, she has 4 xs containers and 2 s. More than enough for whipping around to the market and small pick-ups. She'll easily carry 100t, with 200 not being out of the question with a patient pilot. She'll cruise at over 2000 with altitude without popping components. Blueprints are available for 1,000,000 quanta and we can make tokens available on request. But it will take us a short while to cook the engines up for you. It may also overshoot its braking point. The ship has been well balanced and has no nasty handling characteristics if you are flying manually, it is also capable of carrying weight. However, It is purely designed as a warp shuttle, it is not really made to carry anything more than you and full tanks. If you want to carry anything mroe significant than 10-20t or blueprints, the Rouen may be a better choice. (or the new WIP shuttle which will be released soon, which sits between the Rouen and the StellarWing).
