Respresenting one of the newest additions to the MCRN fleet, the Morrigan Class Patrol Destroyer was conceived as a lower-cost attack vessel, that combined the functionality of a light destroyer and a torpedo boat, to create a craft that could be constructed in large numbers and deployed to security assignments across the solar system, as well as playing a vital role in front line engagements. The craft are frequently seen alone or in pairs, patrolling civilian shipping lanes and carrying out inspections, but when deployed in a larger group, the small vessels can be a deadly opponent, especially when supported by MCRN cruisers or battleships. The Raider MK9 Raptor is a S core designed to do the work of a light M core. She can carry 3kt of cargo off alioth with decent pilot skills and 2kt with low skills. This is to make entry level to this ship more affordable to build. ... but no need to wait for me, you are free to upgrade this ship as you like. Modifications since beta: I've added double the atmo engines, added a few Space Engine Ls, and a bunch of aileron Ms. I also moved space and added atmo radar to the front where they're not blocked. I also added a few other tweaks like adding an extra atmo fuel tank for the new engines, a Resurrection node in the PvP room, a VR station in one of the bedrooms, and more. With the default Advanced Military version, I've personally escaped atmo with 5kT onboard. I have L5 talents for thrust and L4 for all other flight metrics. It'll lift more with maxed talents when you get them! We are purposely keeping the price quite high because this ship will be exclusive. We don't want everyone to have one or it'll stop turning heads and attracting a crowd when shopping. Owners of this ship enjoy the attention this premier ship draws.
