Luxury pads that where originally built in beta and now redone with better skills. Large core uses mostly plastics and some wood there is a little bit of gold but not enough to break a bank! In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. Space, it's got less lag! Sometimes, you just need a big space to set up storage or your own customizable factory layout.
