A ship designed for BSW lead engineer dogface. The Diamondface is based on his favorite ship from Elite Dangerous: The Diamondback Explorer. Diamondface is a S-core all-rounder with a single L container and fully equipped for space for atmospheric travel. Safe type Space Engines allow for a rapid warm up and acceleration out of atmosphere. It also features a luxurious interior with bedroom, dinette and bathroom, as well as a respawn node. The design also incorporates a warpdrive which can be excluded on your personal build, if you choose. This ship was designed with aesthetics in mind, but dogface has painstakingly ensured the ship flies, turns, rolls, pitches and yaws smoothly with no overlapping axes, with balanced center of mass and abundant atmospheric lift. This will put you at Haven Market 9. -My base is about 35km south of Haven District 9.

The Raven was originally built as a S core, with a low cross section to ensure performance was the best possible. Now moved to an M core, it retains all of its S core performance but adds the ability to dock XS and S ships to it, plus it gave the much needed room at the front of the core to finish the design in the way it was meant to be. The result is a ship that you'll find yourself using time and again, a real daily driver, with just the right blend of every day hauling ability, fuel efficiency and practicality. Lift: 11G of High-altitude lift means the cargo weight is really only limited by the amount you want to spend on engines (and can fit in the 4 L containers). With Advanced military engines close to 3KT is possible, depending on talents and pilot skill. Fuel: A L space tank and L Atmo tank are provided, with a M space tank included for some of the vertical boosters. There is a modest interior with room to make it your own and space at the front to place a warp drive. In the cargo hold, there is room for 1 more L container or other utility items should you need it. Stats listed are with basic engines. I will boost any printed BP's free. ENGINE POSITIONS. Space. 1. Phantom is my first M core art build. It's built out of carbon fiber to keep the weight down, but also to give it this cool chromish look. I haven't even made a proper video on it, but here's my first version of it and first test flight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9YNFEVcSoM (on this video it's not complete, it's missing warp and some wings). INTERIOR: cool looking interior, with bridge/cockpit, 2x crew quarters and cargo area. cockpit has switches and lights that will let you turn stuff on/off and lights will indicate what's on/off. fuel tanks are also nicely places behind hatches, which are opened by a switch and lights turn on, in other words, i put some time into designing the interior. one crew quarter is pretty much empty, so you can make your own design in there. FORWARD ENGINES: 12x L basic atmospheric engines and 4x L basic space engines NOTE - cargo capacity and lift are not absolute and are easily modifyable! I made it as art-build, but it performs quite well as hauler. currently it only had 4x L containers, but you can easily easily put more containers. I think you can quite easily fit +6 to 8 L containers into it, so total of 10-12 i'd say. there's also some room for more wings if needed, only problem with heavy loads might be hovers. I have tested about 2000t and it had absolutely no problem lifting it with low level talents (level 2-3). if you have "heavy foot", you might want to put L space fuel tank on it, because i have M only and it runs out quite fast if you're hammering it. with full tank, it's enough to make a round trip from plant to planet, so in other words, it can escape atmosphere twice, but with cargo it might be an issue, so have some extra fuel or get L space fuel tank. You have to land anyway, so i see no harm in refuelling in meanwhile. I'm not very happy with some voxel work outside as there's a bug where voxels look fine in build mode, but when i exit build mode, they twist into something else. it's hard to fix those as in build mode it looks fine, so i don't know what to adjust, but otherwise it's fine.

Dark Aourora is a M core Transport Ship I've done a lot of hauling whit this on. it will fly a like a real airplane =D I have flown this with lvl 5 skills on me and managed to lift 960kl to space. DM Deravi#6100 on Discord, currently based out of Haven 14. I made this version after launch to be as affordable as possible. It doesn't inspire in any one category but it drags a good weight across a planet's surface and can lug a little over 100 tons into space at an angle. It works in first and third person views and is made from brick and carbon fibre so it's quite light. It ALMOST fits on an XS core but those foils are a bit tall. Has 2 S containers, 3 XS. A TIE Fighter isn't the most efficient design for a primarily atmospheric ship (those scattered S space engines are just enough to brake gravity and not much else) but it looks great and is very safe and fun to fly.
