The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

The Building is mostly made out of carbon honeycomb(matte and glossy) and only some decorational elements like lights and windows. In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. New Awesomesauce space station. L core with 1 L core size landing surface and 4 M core landing surfaces below. Small control center in the middle along with walking surfaces that can connect to other cores or remove them if not needed. Tons of storage/indy space available under each pad. Hundreds of container L's fit. I put an ammo factory in one and there's so much extra space available. Let off steam after a long day in the factory on your own functional basketball court. Use the manoeuvre tool to throw the balls across the court into the hoop. Lasers in the hoop detect the balls and trigger one of four lights on the backboard.
