Lack of interest and funds to restore the mining relic has led Satrion Corp [RION] Board of Directors to fund simple upgrades, such as auto-mining units, fuel refining, and a converted second-floor executive lounge for ore production and repair parts. Other restorations include all new lights throughout, upgraded safety barriers for NQSHA compliance, as well as all-new gas-filled windows in all areas for a comfortable mining experience. Both lower-level and rooftop cranes are non-functioning. Stairs from first-floor offices to the second-floor executive lounge have been removed, as well as stairs to rooftop access. Detection zones to auto open and close doors. A force field to the executive lounge catwalk to ensure pressurization allowing this rig to be transported to moons for non-atmospheric applications. The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. Deluxe pads in space on a Large core took a min but its now done the current configuration is red lum glass and black carbon fiber witch is totally epic looking! These 2 colors can be easily swapped when placing to your choice of colors.
