Dark Guardian is a carrier ship! You can use this ship to give your fleet the support it needs when fighting far away. This ship should preferably not be directly into battle, but it should be able to take a few hits and hopefully the rest of the fleet will have time to protect it before it breaks. The Bodach is a Small Core Ship, the little brother of the Dagda by Golden Oak Industries. It sports a moderate amount of storage and is built for space travel. Easily able to lift about 750t with no skills from Atmos on a 1G World, more if you have better piloting skills. Cargo on BP is 249.6kL (Tier 3) but can always be updated for a bit more with skills. The ship comes with Space Radar and a Small Advanced Shield Generator.

Black Icarus is my first supersonic heat-resistant ship build, it's cheap to make, but packs a punch! It's designed as fast travel ship as it can do 3000+km/h in atmosphere without taking heat damage. It uses specialized heat shield to prevent heat damage, see it in action on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kps0fKjOGPo This ship is good for running your daily errands quickly! It has enough cargo capactiy and lift to be able to carry stuff from/to markets and you can also do some surface mining. it takes 30-60 minutes to fill the cargo with ore when surface mining (depending on areas and talents) and that's something that most people are willing to do and this ship is perfect for those runs, it can circle entire alioth in under 10 minutes. It's not perfect as this was my first supersonic ship and you might break a wing or brake here and there, but just take it easy and you'll be fine. making sudden / sharp turns while going supersonic can cause more damage, so when going supersonic, keep it as steady as possible. I highly recommend custom hud with altitude hold capabilites, because it's most effective at about 1-2% atmo, you can keep throttle at about 10% and it will go 3000+ easily, while barely spending any fuel. I used this ship for my daily errands for a week before i had to refuel. It's rather cheap to build and uses all the basic parts. NOTE - i have NOT tested cargo lift, but based on stats, it should be able to do about 1200 tons depending on talents. I think most i ever did was 700t and it didn't have any issues.

The Prospector is your perfect jumping off point for asteroid mining operations, cheap to start but with expandable storage capacity and high thrust to weight ratio, even when loaded and/or with early day skills - now offered completely FREE ! Use a static DSAT to find you target asteroid, then quickly burn across the system to grab that all important ore! The original Prospector ship served our early members well in hauling and market running, but offered little upgrade path. The new Prospector gives players multiple options in both ship upgrades and career paths, with space to exchange main storage to a L container and to upgrade your flight options with a warp drive. All stats are given with no placement and day 1 pilot talents - stats will only improve with talent training.

Ikarus Industries presents the medium core Minotaur. The Minotaur is equipped with 8 large basic atmo and 8 large uncommon military space engines. Has downward and strafe space thrust to help land on asteroids and space stations. There is a total of 2 large containers on a hub. Comes with fully developed interior which includes four bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Coffee maker, vending machine, common area and bridge. Tested with 1.2kt and was able to leave Alioth with Tier 4 put downs and pilot skill. Could probably do a little bit more. All stats are with tier 4 put downs with tier 5 atmo engine put down. The Eclipse MK3E is a newly overhauled edition of a classic Asteroid Hunter. Designed for long endurance expeditions in space, it features 3.2 million litres of storage to enable the intrepid miner to haul back a dragon's cache of mineral riches. Three mighty Advanced Safe Space XL engines will get you there and back again while the fuel economy enables long flights far away from any facilities. Specifications are based on LVL5 pilot talents with a full fuel load in a 1G environment (as on a space station), and so represent maximum capabilities. Your performance may be less than stated depending on personal piloting talents. Token and blueprint have level 5 placement boosts.
