That was on the 3rd of April. Today, the 23rd of May, the ship is finally finished after 50 days of work and love. AESIR named it the Freyr Class. This baby turns heads wherever you go. This is my personal daily driver. If you are looking for a ship that can haul multi kilotons of cargo then this is NOT the ship for you. This is not a workhorse. This is a piece of art. This ship was based on a 3D model which can be seen in the pics. This ship was built to scale as the model had human models built in. I had to highly modify the back end and add nacels in order to facilitate as much thrust as I could due to the unfortunate size of DU's engine models. I have tested this with 1KT of cargo leaving both entering and leaving Alioth with Level 4 talents. It is doable but it is not fun. I would say that this ship's happy place is around 800 tons. The top "hood" took many hours to nail down moving point by point to get the slope and lines just right. I would have loved to add more detail however I was limited by chunk complexity in most areas. A must for any star wars fan for your collection this small core X-WING is a fun run around and easily customized to how ever you like, you can make it a warp shuttle with ease a warp drive fits perfectly hidden in the nose of the ship more room for extra fuel tanks if you wised in upper engine bays maybe even add more engines inbetween wings, a pvp version, comes with 3 small containers for quick light market runs, the standard military does around 1000km depending on your skills and with rare military engines it will do around 1200km burning but no damage so has to be limited, you could also remove the space engines and make atmos only version with standard military engines and it will do the 1200km with ease, theres lots of possibility, stats speed shown are from the rare military engine version, YOU CAN CHECK-OUT IN VR seacrh loaded industries showroom, do not buy bp's in vr

Use this ship for those quick market runs or helping a buddy on the other side of the planet repair their broken ship. I personally use it going between Alioth and Haven using the shuttle and transporting ore using my nanopack. If you want something that's simply a blast to fly around the atmosphere, look no further. A very fast podracer I built during beta and have revised slightly since the reset. This is an atmosphere-only ship though you may wish to add a space brake for those pesky accidental takeoffs. This should be considered a novelty ship that is not intended to haul. There is no storage built into the ship itself. With appropriate talents, and basic tier flight elements, you can easily reach 1500 kmh in atmosphere. Without talents, you can still likely reach 1500 kmh, but the ship will likely start to burn up.
