This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

A full functioning Fuel Factory. Just place raw Ores in the containers and add Shemas. And the factory sells the fuel how you adjust the dispensers. If you're like me, you love Dual Universe and the amazing freedom it gives us to build whatever we want. However, some of us are more inclined to fantasy settings over Sci-fi. Others might just want a change of scenery for some of their buildings. If this is you, then check out Stormsteel's Fantasy Building Kit. This kit uses almost entirely t1 honeycomb by default, with the tiniest bit of lumi glass. The Fantasy building kit includes pillars and several wall stylings to build a castle or cathedral-like structure. Various doors and windows allow you to differ your indoor vs. outdoor styling or just have a nice variation all around. The kit also includes several decorative voxel pieces such as crystals and hanging banners. This Kit will continue to be updated, and as it improves the price may rise. At daytime a fairly normal looking tower, but at night it seems to be burning. 5,000,000 quanta for a batch of 8 blueprint copies. Dispenser is in the penthouse underneath the landing pad in the top of the tower. Deploying strategy: 1. deploy the base core 2. deploy the North core, then the East, then the South and then the West core 3. deploy the first floor on the base core 4. deploy the second floor on the first floor 5. the second floor bp copy is DRM free so you can mulitply it to make your Lotus tower higher 6. deploy the top floor on the final second floor core NOTE! Possible problems: while connecting the North, East, South and West cores to the base core you may have to remove glass panels from the base (4 in the center) and then place them back when the core is placed. The balcony style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. This M core build is the perfect starter base. Plenty of room for factories, XS ship storage or a cosy house. Simple yet effective detailing. Orange steel highlighting looks great in any colour.
