Introducing the Knox, a fast and aggressively stylish pocket bike. This sharp looking hover bike was inspired by the Aopoa Nox of Star Citizen and adapted for the mechanics of Dual Universe. The Knox was made as a pocketable atmospheric bike that could reach insane speeds and give the rider the thrill of piloting a highly agile craft. The Knox comes with 2 chair surfaces and a remote controller allowing you to pilot the craft with a passenger. Perfect for flying you around your mining hexes, to your neighbors base or race around with your friends. Equipped with 3 customizable S engines, you can tailor the bike to your preferences giving you full control of the speed, weight, fuel economy and brake force. This way handling can be tuned utilizing various engine configurations. Behind each engine exists a flat voxel to easily swap to your desired combination. Included in the design is a blank programming board giving you options to install a LUA script of your choice. The remote controller comes pre-installed with Arch HUD giving you the option of autopilot and a whole host of helpful features. The cumulative results of this work is a very high degree of heat resistance baked into the hull design, enabling it to shrug off and push through flames that would have long melted rival ships. The Tiger sits in an ideal middle ground for daily driving. Light enough to handle like a nimble bird when empty, yet with the muscle to move all the ore you'd need to on a daily basis. Its modest tonnage allows for warps that, while not so cheap as a shuttle, won't break the bank either! I didn't want static limitations for my next creation: the infamous cantina from Star Wars: Episode 4. I'd make a mobile version, and remembered the various mentions of 'Swoop Racing' from the years of playing games, reading extra lore, etc. After looking over nearly every frame of the cantina ever shown on film, every available blueprint online, former cantinas designed in all popular SW games, and the entire PDF for Lego's step-by-step instructions - I felt prepared to bring the iconic location to life. All in all took about a month of casual playing to build/finalize. You can come enjoy 'Lightwells Mos Eisley Cantina' in VR anytime, (Or pick up a copy of your very own!) it and many other builds at LSA INDUSTRIES have been made for the enjoyment of the DU community, Cheers everyone! *Images show the 'bury test' from beta - one consideration people may want to remember is that the unique advantage of DU's terrain allows for realistic application of sand or whatever over top of the build, especially the dynamic version shown in the test- you can effectively bury the flying version, and hollow out a small entrance for the garage. Just one more option for those who may want to dig it out and fly it again in the future.
