Dual Universe Creators

The Dart is one of the few "real" Warp-Shuttles available since the release of Dual Universe. It is built for minimum weight while still maintaining a pleasant appearance. Since the weight of the warp drive was increased to 75t, most low-weight shuttles became obsolete. They simply do not produce enough lift anymore to haul the warp drive around. Because this unfortunately affected also our beloved "Needle", the Dart was born. Just 4 warp cells from Alioth to Madis, 15 to Teoma. This is not a racer, flight is docile and leaving Alioth is a bit challenging for a pilot without skills. The handling improves dramatically for a pilot with just lvl2+ talents on engines and wings. Stats are for unskilled pilots, cargo lift depends heavily on pilot skills. This version features all advanced military engines. The Ugly Swan is a medium ship and probably the largest ship I will make in Dual Universe working by myself. This is based on how long it took me to source all the parts (purchased and manufactured). I am please with how it performs as it does function as I intended however, this ship is a great example, of trying to put too much on any one ship and left me with a very small number of choices for arranging the times to fit properly. The functions this ship fulfils are: Warp capable carrier, capable of carrying one small ship on the landing pad and two xs ships in the landing bays on the sides. Though the xs bays do not fit a full size xs ship. Territory scanner ship. Three territory scanners one on each corner. One DSAT for homing in on Asteroids. People transporter with a viewing area (Glass seating area) with a view of space / planet. 1G Atmospheric fight capable Space flight capable. Storage for resources though my really intention was to leave it in space while you shuttle back and forward in one of the docked ships. So the storage capacity is really meant to be on the docked ships. I designed it to carry the Elemental with a full load and carry the xs ships along with the filing its own cargo hold (four times the Elemental's capacity). I have not stress tested this ship, due to time constraints, but I can confirm it can carry the Elemental with cargo in and out of the atmosphere (At least 3.5Kt of cargo). Max speed is speed in space, the max atmospheric speed without burning up is 1000Km/h. The atmo thrust and space thrust values are forward thrust only (I do have thrust in other directions). Also it has four rocket engines because who does not like rocket engines.

I've built a market runner/small hauler, that looks like a container. :P It's 150% the size of an Expanded Basic Container XXL, so it's nearly as long as a full S core. It will take 1.5 kT without problems, and if you have decent piloting talents, its should also handle 2 kT. I've personally taken 2.25 kT of cargo into space without difficulty, with level 5 buffs and level 4 piloting talents. See stats on the last picture. recreated with permission from Astelteyn. made to haul 1.8kt out of Alioth with no issues at all, with some slight modification with a few extra brakes and containers it can haul out 3.6kt at a 15 degree angle. It can be modified into a space only asteroid miner with ease and it's very quick in getting to the 'roid and can stay longer than most smaller ships. Blueprint comes with uncommons but the stats are unbuffed with basics. Stats showing in the picture are with T3-4 pilot skills along with a full T5 buff. This version has no atmo elements at all, and as a result has 50% more cargo than the Hybrid/Atmo version. Nothing is stacked, she's a fun little beast and balanced well.
