It can be placed with the lower door at ground level, with half the core below the ground to allow for an underground factory. Or the core can be raised up as high as you want, and the lower door and support structure can be copy and pasted to extend it to the ground. Luxury pads that where originally built in beta and now redone with better skills. Large core uses mostly plastics and some wood there is a little bit of gold but not enough to break a bank!
