Overview: The Badger is a multi role dropship, well suited to mining and light haulage. It packs a lot of ability in its relatively small frame. Cargo Lift: The lift generated from the wings is good enough for around 2kt depending on talents and pilot skill. Depending on the engines you chose cargo lift ranges from 1KT up to the maximum of the wings. Containers: There are 2 M and 2 S containers pre-loaded. There is room for a L container in the main hold, placed across the ship behind the hub. The Hub centralises the ships mass and also provides a good indicator of where to place the container. This gives just over 400kL of cargo at max boost. Engines: There are 4 advanced maneuverer engines as standard but these can be easily replaced for more power and cargo handling. The ship can run in a 2, 3 or 4 engine configuration depending what your uses are for the ship and how much weight matters to you. This will increase braking power but I preferred the grill type look. Fuel: There are 2 atmo M fuel tanks and 4 space M fuel tanks, one tank for each space engine. Cockpit: All lights (Forward, rear and beacon) can be controlled from the cockpit. There is a res node and surrogate station onboard. The WSS Merchant Prince Mk.4C A5S4 is a sleek, entry-level courier ship for anyone looking to get started and look good doing it. It sports a fully enclosed flight-deck with extensive electronics, with crew positions for the pilot, a weapons officer, and a mission officer. A six-seat passenger section is well appointed with excellent views, and is secured in flight by a crew-controlled passenger hatch and crew door. Electronics include atmospheric RADAR, 2 space RADARs, ECU, Telemeter, Screen + Programming Board, Emitter and Gyroscope. Additionally, navigation lights, search lights and beauty lights are positioned across the ship, and switch-controlled. The design has been extensively flight tested, and will do full barrel rolls on climb-out with 50T of cargo and six passengers, plus Split-S and full loops above 1500m AGL. As an executive passenger courier with 2.5 tons of cargo per passenger, it will "super cruise" in the top 5% of atmosphere at Mach 3 (3600km/h) for rapid arrival to any global destination. Let’s take a closer look at what each model is capable of. Stiletto The Stiletto comes ready and willing to shift 3KT, rated at 1G on Alioth, to space and back safely. This is possible due to the 6 Basic Large Containers providing over 1000KL worth of cargo capacity with basic talents. It comes with an Anti Gravity Generator, Warp Drive or Shield Generator in its blueprint. There is however room for them and space is marked out for easy placement. Other notable features include XS roof garage and multiple control setup at the bridge. Stiletto PRO After countless hours perfecting every detail and enduring a dozen or more flight tests, this 5KT, rated at 1G on Alioth, tourer can carry up to 2500KL worth of cargo to space without the assistance of AGG.(Auto pilot safe 3KT) This model does however come with anti-gravity placed as the centerpiece of the entrance hall meaning the technical limit is what you can safely lift to 1km from the surface of your current planet. Other notable features include warp capability, rare capacitor shield size M, XS roof garage and multiple control setup at the bridge. Comes furnished throughout with unique voxel decoration. You can find the entrance towards the front of the ship. There you’ll find the force field ramp and entrance to the main hall. On both sides of the hall you will find switches for lights, force fields and screens. At the back of the hall is a placeholder for the shield generator and in the middle is a center console where information about cargo, fuel and ship status can be displayed. By default I have chosen to use the open source LUA coded by Krengus at ASTCo which should remain updatable, Albatross HUD from CodeInfused in the back seat and Arch HUD from Archaegeo in the front main seat that i recommend to use as it flies a lot better Above the console area is a circular landing where an AGG can go and above the bridge, on the exterior of the ship, you will find the housing for easily placing a Warp Drive. The Stiletto was built in anticipation of a game wipe. I wanted the base model to be affordable in terms of elements. Select a few roids and mark down their Planet area and location. In the Safe Zone look for Uncommon asteroids and in the PVP zone look for asteroids that are over 200 SU away. In the safe zone you want roids that have not been broadcast very long so 1-3 days old, but in the PVP zone you want roids that are 3-9 days old. The reason for this is that more recent roids in the PVP zone have more action. Ideally you'll find a roid 3-9 days old that hasn't been touched and will be safe to mine without worry of Legion. The truth is, there are just too many roids for Legion to patrol and the further away from Alioth you are the harder it is for them to patrol. You may want to avoid Teoma as they have bases there and may patrol that region more often. Avoid any roids just over the PVP zone as this is where everyone gets killed. Legion targets it because its where alot of people go. Follow this advise and I'm sure you'll find success. You should make upwards of 5m/hr, so paying off the cost of the ship is easy resulting in a very good risk reward for PVP roiding. If you want to hunt and discover Roids, put a DSAT in the inventory and stick it on when needed. I'll offer a guarantee that if you have not paid off the cost of the ship with Roid earnings and you get killed following these instructions I will give you a free Blueprint and send you funds for new ship costs. The same model ship that Luthen Rael prefers in Andor, the Fondor Haulcraft is a small-core hubrid hauler with warp drive. It has the equivalent of 1 1/2 Large containers of cargo space. It can lift around 450 to 600 tons off Alioth. Its meant to be a daily driver. Small enough to warp, large enough to carry a respectable load, and fast enough to get in and out quick. Notice the full detail interior as close to the show ship as I can manage. Round hallways! I build a lot of ships, but I really like this one and its my current daily driver.
