The construct has been designed with variable land heights in mind, allowing you to sink the foundations down by 2-3 meters, to ensure a sleek and smooth access to the building, and preventing half of it 'floating' away. This is a modular showroom allowing you to make it your own - Each panel is available at the corners in the showroom so you can change up the outside as you see fit. There are 4 pads on the edges to show off 4 S/XS cores and plenty of space in the middle to show off an M core. Hallways underneath are leveraging the "DF Firestorm Hallways & Decor" voxel library which is also for sale (voxel library is DRM Free!!). Comes with 5 floors and 6 mining units connected to the Jericho mining script. Comes with programming boards preinstalled for augmented reality labels, allowing you to quickly locate industry on any floor and easily read the layout of the factory at a glance. The container hubs are placed on customizable screens so you can neatly organize your storage to your needs. The blueprint uses T1 voxel and luminescent glass exclusively. No industry units or containers are included in the blueprint as the augmented reality makes installation of industry easy. This is so you can choose what to produce when you want or need it. The images alone aren’t enough to showcase all the detail our factory has to offer so please visit us in VR but remember to purchase in person! Comes with automated guiding lights luring you straight to the middle and in case of a power outage also has nice contrasting guide arrows and markers. The pad is build on four extra large hovers so no need to work with messy pillars or other anchors to keep it down. The pad was made from a modular kit I designed, so if you do not like the outline, I am sure we can come up with something that will work for you. (except VERY rude shapes). Can also be stitched and connected to any other platform, including M-Cores. I am more than glad to set them up with you where you need in any configuration. The pad comes is build around 5 types of material you can chose yourself - Base working material, in my case black iron - A highly contrasting colour for the lines and stripes - A metal material for some detailing - primary luminescent voxels (purple) - secondary lumis for the booster rings (can be omitted) No blueprints from dispenser since I'd like to run over every installation myself.
