This is the first construct I designed in beta. (Almost) free blueprint with No DRM. That means you can deploy one copy, then create your own core blueprint to make as many more as you require. Classic "Brutalist" style in concrete, iron and glass. Space for up to 8 miners. Surrogate pod for VR calibrating. Luminescent glass! Chimneys! Rotate so that corner faces you and the opening will be facing you. The concrete foundation is 7 voxels high and can be set down to accommodate most terrain on Alioth with minimal or no flattening.

Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments. The centralized VR station provides instant access to all mining units on the platform without the need to move from the spot. When deploying the platform, make sure the stairs and the voxel square at the bottom of the platform are above the surface of the terrain. This will ensure you have access to the containers if you choose to swap them out. The raised platform and circular arrangement of the mining units allow the bonus ore to spawn in a ring around the construct allowing for ease of access when collecting.
