my little entry for the NQ Build Your Legacy contest, only started last week so not to long on the build but im happy how it turned out which is pretty hard putting detail together with the rules of no more than 700 meters of honeycomb, comes with lobby, office, living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage area for ship parts, ive always built large core buildings but ive enjoyed playing around constructing a building this size with compact rooms that have a true feeling of space for the size of our avatars, i will look forward to doing more on release :)

Modern, luxurious and affordable accommodation. The luxury style condo is designed to provide big open plan areas for hosting your friends and displaying your trophies, while still providing a large private apartment room above. There is a moderate size shelter area for a personal vehicle to be parked, allowing for off-street parking and mild protection against the weather, should the environment be a little rough. Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion outwards & upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor or simply add another room over the sheltered parking. With big windows all around and luxury interior decoration, one can always enjoy spectacular views, while resting in comfort. The newest addition to Terran empires buildings. This is the mining plattform Terran Excavator (TE), that are adressed to the new players. But yet at the same time to the experianced player, who can use it for higher tiers of ore due to the low cost. There are room for two (2) Mining units. and a capacaty of mining storage of 48 KL (With talents), in 4 small containers on the roof. There are also room for two (2) small parcel containers outside, if needed to use the mission system. And ofcourse there are even a resnode, vr station and vr pod installed. And there are still more room for you to add more storage. The "TE" is coming in five different tiers of MU´s. Basic Uncommon Advanced Rare Exotic The (*) shows witch one are up for a full package sale. We even have the "Territory helper" scrip installed for you to keep track on the cost for your tiles.

Each Factory produces 600kl of fuel every 24 hours and thats without having any industry talents!!
