All my designs will be available at The Third Verse server Introducing the Luminaris and Luminaris Pro upgraded version: The personal transport of the future. This XS core, ultra light orbiter was sculpted entirely using the VPT for maximum style. Designed with fuel economy and basic parts in mind, I set out to make a sleek, easy to acquire ship that everyone can enjoy post wipe. The Luminaris has 1 Medium and 2 Small Atmospheric engines with 4 Small Space engines and has a top speed of 49,000km/h+ in space. Feel the thrill as you drift around celestial bodies and stop on a dime when you reach the end of your intrepid journey. The ship wasn’t built for hauling although 6 Basic XS Containers on a hub are provided for light shopping and carrying around your data items, spare fuel and scrap. I hope you have as much fun flying the Luminaris as I had building the ship. Achieving the tiny form factor without compromising on the elements needed to retain its performance was, in some ways, more of a challenge than on the M core Stiletto I built. The Luminaris comes with Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). On top of that I have chosen to use the Container Monitor open source LUA by Krengus of ASTCO as this is a helpful script for checking weight, fuel and inventory at a glance. A light speeder; Flies fast, good fuel efficiency. Looks nice. Good for compactifying and going between district markets, as well as doing quick travels across a planet. Uses uncommon maneuver engines. Can custom edit your ship using different voxels if you ask. Why settle for either having a surfboard or magic carpet when you can have the best of both worlds, with custom scripting that allows the Wonkavator to stay hovering in mid-air without you being in control. The hover mode frees you up to use your tools, build in the sky or on the water, and repair that ship that managed to clip under someone's agg platform or sky tower. The last word in space elevators. The Caterpillar XL is by far the most proven and validated elevator platform in DU. Tested by the entire DU community through two years of beta. Refined, improved, and perfected. The enhanced version is a visual and structural refresh of the platform. This version uses all basic engines which are not closely packed in for easy upgrades in the future. Using the DRM free shell offered by Astleteyn, the Kosmos Organization presents to you the Ammo Clip! This space-only ship is designed to clear the easy PvE mission entirely solo! It features 6 Advanced Agile Cannon S to shoot rounds at those alien bastards! It has your standard Advanced Shield Generator to keep your ship protected, and the hull is made mostly of Maraging Steel to keep you safe if you have to vent your shields. As he clawed his way into the launch of Dual Universe, Resource was heard screaming, "NO SHOEBOXES". Surely a ship could be built that could satisfy the detailed mind of a this ship builder with performance we all want, NO EXPECT without looking like a shoebox. And so as he toiled away in the darkness of Thades shadow at the Crash Industries skunkworks, the Cambria took shape. A T shape to be exact. But how would Resource achieve the high altitude lift he wanted, no required AND avoid a wall of engines? These are the challenges that drive some mad as they rebreathe the same stale air inside their helmets. The space anguish spiraled out of control as the ship went from 2, no 4, no 4.5 containers! Just when some would break down in a pile of mangled voxels, Resource looked up and saw his masterpiece. His first thought? I wonder if I can cram a medium shield in there? ... the answer was yes. The Cambria by WarpForged is a small core (small footprint) hauler that safely lifts two XL mission packages (2.8+ kt in 4L & 1M containers) from Alioth's surface with level 4 pilot talents. This hauler is made for everyone who needs to get stuff done. It's a good looking ship without a bunch of extra elements you're going to have to repair if the inevitable happens.
