MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. This is a small core starter warp cell factory designed mainly for personal use production of warp cells. All industry is labeled via screens for easy startup. Pre installed with Indy Hud by Codeinfused. Current setup will make 2 warp cells every 50mins with no talents. This can be increased easily by adding more glass furnaces for the warp cells and increasing the output of a few of the electronics machines. There are 2 versions of this one with 5 containers placed as in picture for reference on placing and one without both are the same price.
