The wooden style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments. Comes with programming boards preinstalled for augmented reality labels, allowing you to quickly locate industry on any floor and easily read the layout of the factory at a glance. The container hubs are placed on customizable screens so you can neatly organize your storage to your needs. The blueprint uses T1 voxel and luminescent glass exclusively. No industry units or containers are included in the blueprint as the augmented reality makes installation of industry easy. This is so you can choose what to produce when you want or need it. This Large Warp Cell Factory will produse 1440 warp cells every 24 hours with no industry boosting talents It 5 time more in production then my M core warp cell factory I do not have this up for display. I built this for a customer that supplied the industry for me to build. I tore it down for him to pickup after i completed it. This factory is built in my L core Factory Shell. Has plenty of room to add more into this building as you desire. For future reference if you add more into this factory and decide to move your location, i will create you a bp of it under certain circumstances: i would need to see the factory before you tear it down as i will create the core bp at that time, then when you tear it down i will need to come back to the same location and see it no longer exist then i will make you a bp of it at the cost it takes to make the L core BP print. This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.
