This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

12 Large (static) core runway 2x6. full built with skirt runway is all at the top of the cores so can make skirt taller if desired to put stuff under it. Introducing the Consolidated Fuel Refinery MKI This small core refinery is designed to produce Nitron and Kergon- X2 fuel. Featuring a small waiting area with 2 dispensers for fuel or other goods, 4 Large basic miners, An industrial themed interior and a roof top seating area. There is also another space in the building for storage or more dispenser, or even toilets if you fancy. *Elevator no installed in BP

It's DRM free so you can move it onto a larger core if you wish to scale up the container storage or place it at the end of your L core runway. 3 Fuel pumps with dispensers which can be configured to your own requirements, and space to expand to 5 pumps if necessary. Shop area with cash machine , refreshment vending machines, shelving for spare ship parts (Supplied empty due to upcoming beta wipe), 4 dispenser slots to sell scrap and warp cells, and a cashiers office. The rear of the office has a small empty stock room with an elevator to the fuel refinery upstairs (Again.,there is space to house the industry units to support 5 fuel pumps.)
