Modern, luxurious and affordable accommodation. The luxury style condo is designed to provide big open plan areas for hosting your friends and displaying your trophies, while still providing a large private apartment room above. There is a moderate size shelter area for a personal vehicle to be parked, allowing for off-street parking and mild protection against the weather, should the environment be a little rough. Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion outwards & upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor or simply add another room over the sheltered parking. With big windows all around and luxury interior decoration, one can always enjoy spectacular views, while resting in comfort. Originally designed in Alpha 1, this stalwart Logistics Centre is a great benefit to most serious solo players, and small to medium Organisations. Boasting a whopping 201 Large Containers, managed over 68 Hubs to provide 576kl each at Basic level, this Logistics Centre can really help ensure you keep organised and well stocked! Featuring two Storage zones (one above, one below ground), two large offices for Lua projects, entertaining guests or providing a dispenser store front, with two smaller offices for personal use, a loading bay for small haulers and 2 landing pads on the roof, capable of handling smaller M core ships. This station features ample landing and hangars for XS-M size ships. A big pass-through hangar for building or parking up to M core ships, 3 XS core hangars and 3 wide XS-S hangars. In addition, there is a ton of storage space, about 2 M cores worth of factory space, and plenty of space for you to customize living spaces. With the new blueprint snap, adding additional modules (coming soon) will be a breeze and seamless to help make your space experience more immersive. All future modules will have connection points with transition stairs or walkways to make moving between cores easy. Looking voor Flexibel Space Storage? You've found it! A space station to place nearby the planet(s) where you collect the Ore from your Mining Units. You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. Your 'L-core-slow-boot-Freighter' can land on top of the station to pick-up the ore. Wanna have a look at the station?
