The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed. As the Rock Raiders continued their expanse they started finding, stealing, and then revamping UEF designs. One of their hauls was a sub orbital platform. Given their ingenuity they were able to drop off a haul of T1 ore and have it automatically processed into Nitron and Kergon X5 at the same time. The only maintenance to this system is the occasional purge of oxygen and hydrogen once in a while while there to fuel up Rock Raider ships. Designed for diversity of production over outright capacity, the Omnifactory is the ultimate flexible manufacturing hub - whilst still allowing significant expansion of capacity if desired. It also incorporated DIAs custom written all-in-one LUA script for Industry, Storage and Schematics monitoring, viewable on a single screen and with touch control to switch between functions and scroll screen pages. When thinking about purchasing and deploying this Omnifactory, do bare in mind this is a pricy investment - using over 1800 transfer units alone and requiring 7.2Mlitres of storage to deploy! It CANNOT be deployed with any particular elements deselected, as this would break the transfer system.
