This is a small core starter warp cell factory designed mainly for personal use production of warp cells. All industry is labeled via screens for easy startup. Pre installed with Indy Hud by Codeinfused. Current setup will make 2 warp cells every 50mins with no talents. This can be increased easily by adding more glass furnaces for the warp cells and increasing the output of a few of the electronics machines. The bottom of the tower can be sunken into the land as far as needed and has ladders for access from the ground. Add a surrogate pad and you can easily VR there to calibrate your off-world tiles. The landing pad on top fits S core ships easily and provides EZ access to all 8 miners and the Hub. Landing activates the screen which shows how much ore is currently available. LUA included. Let off steam after a long day in the factory on your own functional basketball court. Use the manoeuvre tool to throw the balls across the court into the hoop. Lasers in the hoop detect the balls and trigger one of four lights on the backboard. "Techo Advance" is a luxury villa, complete with various unique voxel elements, like cooker, pots & pans, shield art, weapon displays, and so much more. It also has a personnel elevator at the entrance to the villa which acts as a permanent barrier when not in use. Lastly, a vault door to secure your most valuable possessions!
