The "Carl Sagan" class of organically shaped ships that provide cargo and VIP personnel logistics. The ship is versatile. It has a cockpit that can be customized, then there is the passenger area that contains in its current configuration seats for up to 12 VIPs, and then there is its cargo bay which can be configured to hold one or more of the following customer-provided elements: - containers - seats - additional engines - warp drive - scanner - radar This ship, in its original configuration, is a LIGHT-built - mostly lithium, some sodium, small amounts of plastic, but also precious woods. The ship has the ability of uncontrolled soft landing. When having reached sufficient height and minimum speed, the pilot could leave the cockpit and she will glide towards the ground and has a smooth touch-down, provided that there are no obstacles in her way (artificial structures, steep cliffs ). She uses XS landing gear to allow easy access. Strong lights provide good sight when landing in the dark. She's at home on hovers, in the air, and in space. The ship is sold as token, and the sales are limited to a total of 10 ships only to keep her rare. The price is 9 million, but if the buyer provides all materials and elements, the price will be reduced to 7.5 million - a discount of more than 10% and well above the worth of all used elements and materials. The DBI SPLASH (Space Capable Light Atmospheric Scanning Hauler) is an efficient scanning vessel for those players looking to get in to scanning. This Small Core ship comes equipped with a single Basic Container Large and enough power to move it when fully loaded. As a Space-capable model of the LASH-1, the SPLASH is well equipped to efficiently scan across the Helios system. Scan tiles, harvest surface ore to pass the time, and move along to the next scan site. Even if you don't find that T3 ore site, you won't be coming back empty handed! The Nomad R1 is probably one of the most powerful haulers you can buy. It's the luxury version of the Nomad A1. Both have been designed and built with efficiency, superior flight behaviour and a clean, simplistic design in mind. If you enjoy being a freighter, run missions, or simply have a lot of stuff to move, you will enjoy this powerful ship which will not let you down. It's an L-core hauler with excellent stats. Having a torque of 542 to 662 MN.m this ship turns faster and smoother than you would expect from an L-core. It's well balanced layout makes it a joy to fly. An insane break force of 1326 MN allows you to savely operate within the atmosphere, and while the ship of course comes with an AGG, most of us simply land it on a runway as if it was an S-core. The substantial low altitude lift of 621 MN making it possible to bring 30.000t of cargo from Alioth into space, and the ship's slim frontal cross section defies it's huge cargo bay of 10 advanced optimised XXL containers holding up to 12979 kL. Warp drive, reverse engines for clean maneuvering, and over 200 airfoils complete this ship. A dry weight of only 4.3kt tell you that the interior has been reduced to the minimum in order to optimize the flight stats. High quality elements like the rare military atmospheric engines, rare military space engines XL, rare phased-array space radar, and rare capacitor shield generator give you a lot of bang for your buck, and an intelligent placement and linking of all fuel tanks make servicing the Nomad quick and easy. And, if you are not planning to go to space, you will exactly know which tanks you can leave empty, while the tank logic follows a simple balancing method so you will not constantly fly around with much more fuel than you really need. A huge glass cockpit ensures perfect vision, and the clean outline of the ship make parking the Nomad very easy. The R1 comes with ArchHUD by default, but can be ordered with Albatross HUD likewise. The Damage Report script optionally can be casted to two transparent screens in the cockpit, giving you full control of the situation at any time. Phantom is my first M core art build. It's built out of carbon fiber to keep the weight down, but also to give it this cool chromish look. I haven't even made a proper video on it, but here's my first version of it and first test flight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9YNFEVcSoM (on this video it's not complete, it's missing warp and some wings). INTERIOR: cool looking interior, with bridge/cockpit, 2x crew quarters and cargo area. cockpit has switches and lights that will let you turn stuff on/off and lights will indicate what's on/off. fuel tanks are also nicely places behind hatches, which are opened by a switch and lights turn on, in other words, i put some time into designing the interior. one crew quarter is pretty much empty, so you can make your own design in there. FORWARD ENGINES: 12x L basic atmospheric engines and 4x L basic space engines NOTE - cargo capacity and lift are not absolute and are easily modifyable! I made it as art-build, but it performs quite well as hauler. currently it only had 4x L containers, but you can easily easily put more containers. I think you can quite easily fit +6 to 8 L containers into it, so total of 10-12 i'd say. there's also some room for more wings if needed, only problem with heavy loads might be hovers. I have tested about 2000t and it had absolutely no problem lifting it with low level talents (level 2-3). if you have "heavy foot", you might want to put L space fuel tank on it, because i have M only and it runs out quite fast if you're hammering it. with full tank, it's enough to make a round trip from plant to planet, so in other words, it can escape atmosphere twice, but with cargo it might be an issue, so have some extra fuel or get L space fuel tank. You have to land anyway, so i see no harm in refuelling in meanwhile. I'm not very happy with some voxel work outside as there's a bug where voxels look fine in build mode, but when i exit build mode, they twist into something else. it's hard to fix those as in build mode it looks fine, so i don't know what to adjust, but otherwise it's fine.

Alien vessel that looks like "The Whirlpool" collectible or is it the other way around? Did someone make a collectible item after this amazing alien vessel? It's capable of anti-gravity hovering and has hidden elements, apart from AGG and top elevator that is sticking out a bit, so that you can go back inside! It's almost as long as L core allows, bit shorter, maybe 95% of L core lenght. 20x L atmo engines (8x freight, 12x maneuver) 3x XL space engines (2x maneuver, 1x freight) 20x L containers (room for many more!) most of interior is empty, so you can put whatever you like in there. you can hide entire dsat in the middle part, without it sticking out. aim it towards the engines, so bottom of dsat is against engines. however wings and engines will be problematic if you want to keep them hidden. Tested with 8kt and it had no problems lifting it, however low altitude lift was barely enough, so if you want to lift more than 8kt off the ground, then you need to add some hovers or replace some hovers with vboosters as they give more lift. it's not meant to pickup cargo from ground tho, that's why it has AGG for. If you want it to carry even more, then you can add downwards engines, there's plenty of room for that. you should be able to put at least 30 L-size downwards engines on it.

FiRun has been my daily driver after 1.1 update and bots removal. It is almost non profitable to haul huge amounts of ore from fields to markets. Therefore demand of these lightweigth "small/medium" haulers has increased. FiRun idea is to haul max 42kl ores from nearby (less that 100km) fields to your base when needed with lowest possible fuel usage (freigh engines, no vtol, no heavy space equipment). If your fields are further, maybe space capable ship is your choise then (faster). Naturally you can use FiRun for all things you do in atmo planets, personal carrier, market runner etc. Ship carries easily/safely full load of baux/coal/quartz or 10-20kl hematite depending your skills. Ship flies well also with lvl0 skills. Numbers here given by skill lvl 3-4 pilot. Ship includes preinstalled scripts ArchHUD and DU-Locura-Storage-Info (modded by me to include weight warning system including lights in cockpit and top of the vessel). Weight warning limits can be adjusted, I like flying my ships without thinking is it safe with any load I might currently carry.
