My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. We even sell ships at the Scrapyard. We sell them either repaird, with elements that do not have full repairtimes on them, or unrepaird so you can get it cheaper and need to repair it your self. We even buy elements that's broken, the repairtimes are what determines the price of the element/ship that we are looking at to buy. So if you are a scavanger come by and show us what you have. Greetings Noveans. Introducing my first upload..... my S Core fuel station. It's DRM free so you can move it onto a larger core if you wish to scale up the container storage or place it at the end of your L core runway. 3 Fuel pumps with dispensers which can be configured to your own requirements, and space to expand to 5 pumps if necessary. Shop area with cash machine , refreshment vending machines, shelving for spare ship parts (Supplied empty due to upcoming beta wipe), 4 dispenser slots to sell scrap and warp cells, and a cashiers office. The rear of the office has a small empty stock room with an elevator to the fuel refinery upstairs (Again.,there is space to house the industry units to support 5 fuel pumps.)
