If you want to hop around quickly between mining units or dash to the store and back for a few items, without taking your large fuel-sucking ship, look no further! The Viper can take you anywhere planetside while having a non-boxy appearance. Just look at the screen shots and note the fine voxel detailing throughout! The ship is outfitted with: -1 container S to hold misc. odds and ends from the market. -overpowered brakes so you can float down to any destination easily. -rounded non-boxy styling from nose to engines. -and more! I loaded the container with 56t of pure iron, hematite and other ores and this ship has no troubles at all flying this, however, although the hovers lift plenty of weight, it can't lift full iron amounts of weight (I can lift about 50% of the Container S full of iron with the hovers). I took off on a straight, smooth surface with all that iron. Sustentation speed is very low (90kp/h!) to it's easy to putt-putt in the air for perfect aim in landing. I also have a compactable version with no container and a single fuel tank in a different dispenser at the same location. Black Icarus is my first supersonic heat-resistant ship build, it's cheap to make, but packs a punch! It's designed as fast travel ship as it can do 3000+km/h in atmosphere without taking heat damage. It uses specialized heat shield to prevent heat damage, see it in action on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kps0fKjOGPo This ship is good for running your daily errands quickly! It has enough cargo capactiy and lift to be able to carry stuff from/to markets and you can also do some surface mining. it takes 30-60 minutes to fill the cargo with ore when surface mining (depending on areas and talents) and that's something that most people are willing to do and this ship is perfect for those runs, it can circle entire alioth in under 10 minutes. It's not perfect as this was my first supersonic ship and you might break a wing or brake here and there, but just take it easy and you'll be fine. making sudden / sharp turns while going supersonic can cause more damage, so when going supersonic, keep it as steady as possible. I highly recommend custom hud with altitude hold capabilites, because it's most effective at about 1-2% atmo, you can keep throttle at about 10% and it will go 3000+ easily, while barely spending any fuel. I used this ship for my daily errands for a week before i had to refuel. It's rather cheap to build and uses all the basic parts. NOTE - i have NOT tested cargo lift, but based on stats, it should be able to do about 1200 tons depending on talents. I think most i ever did was 700t and it didn't have any issues.

An elevator as elegant in design as it is in operation. This is a beautifully crafted elevator which can lift 5kt. It can be set up to follow a path perpendicular to the construct from which it was launched. This will allow elevators on the same, or adjacent, aligned cores to travel parallel paths to space, and arrive in the same relative locations in space as they hold on the ground. It does not use breadcrumbs, neither does it stop to correct deviation, as deviation is continually corrected while in flight. It maintains the same flight axis at all times, so does not become confused if it gets nearer to another celestial body than whence it started. Automatic docking is standard, with an extremely simple and reliable circuit. There are two setup modes, a simple one intended for first time deployment or testing, and a precise one, which uses a programming board, intended for parallel axes use, and after moving an elevator to a new location.
