It's DRM free so you can move it onto a larger core if you wish to scale up the container storage or place it at the end of your L core runway. 3 Fuel pumps with dispensers which can be configured to your own requirements, and space to expand to 5 pumps if necessary. Shop area with cash machine , refreshment vending machines, shelving for spare ship parts (Supplied empty due to upcoming beta wipe), 4 dispenser slots to sell scrap and warp cells, and a cashiers office. The rear of the office has a small empty stock room with an elevator to the fuel refinery upstairs (Again.,there is space to house the industry units to support 5 fuel pumps.) Each factory has x10 L containers for holding raw ore and x10 L containers for holding fuel. So you can put a good chunk of ore in and it will run for a long time! It also has a personnel elevator at the entrance to the villa which acts as a permanent barrier when not in use. Lastly, a vault door to secure your most valuable possessions! This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

A small core version of my outpost miner this one is the mini! is a small core design that has room for easy 10 large containers in building the bp only has 2 placed and only 1 basic L autominer placed. Has 6 slots total for the autominers in case you wish to add more later uses just 970m of voxels so easy to construct all aluminum so as to be easy to build and quick to place. the skirt around the edge is rather tall to help place it on uneven terrain and still look right. It is also symetrical on all 4 sides (not top and bottom) for easy deployment. The Building is mostly made out of carbon honeycomb(matte and glossy) and only some decorational elements like lights and windows.
