The Ugly Swan is a medium ship and probably the largest ship I will make in Dual Universe working by myself. This is based on how long it took me to source all the parts (purchased and manufactured). I am please with how it performs as it does function as I intended however, this ship is a great example, of trying to put too much on any one ship and left me with a very small number of choices for arranging the times to fit properly. The functions this ship fulfils are: Warp capable carrier, capable of carrying one small ship on the landing pad and two xs ships in the landing bays on the sides. Though the xs bays do not fit a full size xs ship. Territory scanner ship. Three territory scanners one on each corner. One DSAT for homing in on Asteroids. People transporter with a viewing area (Glass seating area) with a view of space / planet. 1G Atmospheric fight capable Space flight capable. Storage for resources though my really intention was to leave it in space while you shuttle back and forward in one of the docked ships. So the storage capacity is really meant to be on the docked ships. I designed it to carry the Elemental with a full load and carry the xs ships along with the filing its own cargo hold (four times the Elemental's capacity). I have not stress tested this ship, due to time constraints, but I can confirm it can carry the Elemental with cargo in and out of the atmosphere (At least 3.5Kt of cargo). Max speed is speed in space, the max atmospheric speed without burning up is 1000Km/h. The atmo thrust and space thrust values are forward thrust only (I do have thrust in other directions). Also it has four rocket engines because who does not like rocket engines.

The Belovator is a lightweight shaftless space elevator that flies along a gravity line to transport your cargo and players into space. You can comfortably transport your assets from the planet surface to a space station without having to rely on an annoying AGG tower with an hour-long ascend or fiddly autopilot ships. The lifting capability improves dramatically for a pilot with just lvl 2+ talents on atmo engines. So you're collecting some roid-rage at all the Safe Zone ores you're mining in to your Weird Science mk2. You're perusing the nearby PVP asteroids that are close by and boy do they look tasty! But you're not interested in risking your DSAT ship. It's a hefty gamble! Well check out this little tidbit! An XS Core space-only vessel designed to dock on the side of your Weird Science mk2, this little guy is well equipped to cross the boundary of PVP and chase after that Rare asteroid you saw nearby. One large container is all you need to get that return on your investment AND pocket a heap of profits! Feeling extra spunky? Take a second one out with you, bring your friends, and try to steal away with 2 large containers! Or double your chances of getting away with some loot. You'll still be able to pay off your losses with money to spare. Load up the booty, book it back to the safe zone where you parked your Weird Science mk2, and strafe-dock back in to position. Lock yourself in place with the ECU, and hop back over to your main ship. Just be careful not to get too greedy, otherwise you might have to turn some of that Tier 3&4 in to scrap. But hey, you can afford to, so who cares?

FiRun has been my daily driver after 1.1 update and bots removal. It is almost non profitable to haul huge amounts of ore from fields to markets. Therefore demand of these lightweigth "small/medium" haulers has increased. FiRun idea is to haul max 42kl ores from nearby (less that 100km) fields to your base when needed with lowest possible fuel usage (freigh engines, no vtol, no heavy space equipment). If your fields are further, maybe space capable ship is your choise then (faster). Naturally you can use FiRun for all things you do in atmo planets, personal carrier, market runner etc. Ship carries easily/safely full load of baux/coal/quartz or 10-20kl hematite depending your skills. Ship flies well also with lvl0 skills. Numbers here given by skill lvl 3-4 pilot. Ship includes preinstalled scripts ArchHUD and DU-Locura-Storage-Info (modded by me to include weight warning system including lights in cockpit and top of the vessel). Weight warning limits can be adjusted, I like flying my ships without thinking is it safe with any load I might currently carry. FiRun is first and biggest ship I post of my small ships serie line, design is a bit same through this serie ships Plankton, Kirppu and FiRun.
