This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

Note: Some furnishings in this blueprint require the Art Deco (Silver Backer Rewards) Features: 600kl of storage Once a simple house for servants at the Ivory Island Resort. After new management took over servants were evicted and the housing upgraded to include luxury amenities, staff now commute to work from the mainland. This house includes a new custom art piece that is AI Generated through the use of variables and prompts. Furnishings also include Art Deco pieces from old Earth, that are limited to the most affluent of clients. (Tokens will not be made available)

A fully set up fuel and warp cells space module. 72 cells per day without any talent, Kergon, Nitron and Xeron fuels Custom LUA to manage and monitor production Uses two main hub with each 10x containers L: Ore & schematics hub: Input hub for all schematics and ores except pyrite Fuel / Pyrite / Catalyst3: Output hub for fuel and cells. Also used as input for pyrite and catalyst (optional and only used to speed up initialization) To start production, go down to bottom level and run each board (7) until screens go green. This Large Warp Cell Factory will produse 1440 warp cells every 24 hours with no industry boosting talents It 5 time more in production then my M core warp cell factory I do not have this up for display. I built this for a customer that supplied the industry for me to build. I tore it down for him to pickup after i completed it. This factory is built in my L core Factory Shell. Has plenty of room to add more into this building as you desire. For future reference if you add more into this factory and decide to move your location, i will create you a bp of it under certain circumstances: i would need to see the factory before you tear it down as i will create the core bp at that time, then when you tear it down i will need to come back to the same location and see it no longer exist then i will make you a bp of it at the cost it takes to make the L core BP print. This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.

I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! Greetings Noveans. Introducing my first upload..... my S Core fuel station. It's DRM free so you can move it onto a larger core if you wish to scale up the container storage or place it at the end of your L core runway. 3 Fuel pumps with dispensers which can be configured to your own requirements, and space to expand to 5 pumps if necessary. Shop area with cash machine , refreshment vending machines, shelving for spare ship parts (Supplied empty due to upcoming beta wipe), 4 dispenser slots to sell scrap and warp cells, and a cashiers office. The rear of the office has a small empty stock room with an elevator to the fuel refinery upstairs (Again.,there is space to house the industry units to support 5 fuel pumps.)
