The "Rock Hauler" named specifically after it's purpose is an M-Class hauling Frigate. A staple in the Rock Raider's logistic fleet, this commonly seen craft is reliable, sturdy, and affordable. Thus this hauler makes no attempts to visually look like a sports car, but instead is true in aesthetic to its industrialistic function of moving heaving things from point A to point B. The Rouen V2 is a high performance S core warp shuttle from Stellar Forge. She's the perfect tool for exploring or collecting from those lower yield off world flowers. Equipped with inertia damping software she is agile, precise and powerful. Due to a decently small cross-section, in testing she made 1400kms in atmosphere without damaging components. The components are mainly advanced, with upgrades to Rare where warranted. Twin Rare Military Space engines ensures she gets to warp altitude quickly (a little under 8g of space thrust) and the 6 optimised containers means she can pack a decent load while doing so. In testing the Rouen was easily able to handle 500t of cargo and with a little care will easily take 1kt (Level 5 boosts and 4 Piloting skills). Fully fueled she will make the trip from Alioth to Teoma on 40 warp cells, with the warp cells stored separately to not impact your carrying capacity. She also has rockets for that little extra punch if required. Those not requiring rockets can either deploy the Rouen without them, or remove them later on. As he clawed his way into the launch of Dual Universe, Resource was heard screaming, "NO SHOEBOXES". Surely a ship could be built that could satisfy the detailed mind of a this ship builder with performance we all want, NO EXPECT without looking like a shoebox. And so as he toiled away in the darkness of Thades shadow at the Crash Industries skunkworks, the Cambria took shape. A T shape to be exact. But how would Resource achieve the high altitude lift he wanted, no required AND avoid a wall of engines? These are the challenges that drive some mad as they rebreathe the same stale air inside their helmets. The space anguish spiraled out of control as the ship went from 2, no 4, no 4.5 containers! Just when some would break down in a pile of mangled voxels, Resource looked up and saw his masterpiece. His first thought? I wonder if I can cram a medium shield in there? ... the answer was yes. The Cambria by WarpForged is a small core (small footprint) hauler that safely lifts two XL mission packages (2.8+ kt in 4L & 1M containers) from Alioth's surface with level 4 pilot talents. This hauler is made for everyone who needs to get stuff done. It's a good looking ship without a bunch of extra elements you're going to have to repair if the inevitable happens.
