The Geo Scanner MK1 is an atmospheric tile scanning S sized core that can rapidly scan tiles. This tri-scanner features three territory scanners that are conveniently arranged for quick access from inside the ship, saving the pilot time from jumping in and out of the hull to operate scanners. Four T2 Uncommon Maneuver Engines L are installed to take advantage of the four second warmup time, which is two times better than the basic engine L. This allows for the Geo Scanner to be quickly deployed to its next location. Select a few roids and mark down their Planet area and location. In the Safe Zone look for Uncommon asteroids and in the PVP zone look for asteroids that are over 200 SU away. In the safe zone you want roids that have not been broadcast very long so 1-3 days old, but in the PVP zone you want roids that are 3-9 days old. The reason for this is that more recent roids in the PVP zone have more action. Ideally you'll find a roid 3-9 days old that hasn't been touched and will be safe to mine without worry of Legion. The truth is, there are just too many roids for Legion to patrol and the further away from Alioth you are the harder it is for them to patrol. You may want to avoid Teoma as they have bases there and may patrol that region more often. Avoid any roids just over the PVP zone as this is where everyone gets killed. Legion targets it because its where alot of people go. Follow this advise and I'm sure you'll find success. You should make upwards of 5m/hr, so paying off the cost of the ship is easy resulting in a very good risk reward for PVP roiding. If you want to hunt and discover Roids, put a DSAT in the inventory and stick it on when needed. I'll offer a guarantee that if you have not paid off the cost of the ship with Roid earnings and you get killed following these instructions I will give you a free Blueprint and send you funds for new ship costs. "Valdez V2" Built as a Serious hauling Vessel. The ship has been created as a no-nonsense purpose-built work ship. There are no Deco elements, there are no fancy board rooms or lighting elements and plants and frilly things. Very easy to deploy with alternate color choices. The total element count is 512 as delivered. The Valdez uses 18 Advanced Optimized L containers for Cargo and 2 Advanced Optimized M containers for Scrap & Warp Cells. There are 24 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines & 4 Advanced Safe Space Engines. It has been tested leaving Sanctuary with 10kt of Cargo (12.6 kt total ship mass). It will surely lift more from a 1g planet but 10kt it what it is being rated at. Years of dedication and passion have resulted in the construction of the Calico. Hand crafted with the highest level of voxel detail and deliberate element placement of any ship I’ve made before. The Calico has everything you need in a warp shuttle and so much more. Inspired by the Star Atlas “Calico Hero” and adapted to the mechanics of Dual Universe; the Calico is engineered to rival any small core warp shuttle available in game. Entering the ship from either side will reveal a wide open cargo hold for installing additional containers or securely storing an XS speeder. On the front walls you will find switches for toggling on/off the lights and screens throughout the ship and on the back wall 3 Programming Boards. The top Programming Board enables the Ship Info script found in the cockpit. The reinforced door leads to the cockpit and up the stairs to the two main flight controllers, both of which come with Arch HUD GFN version preinstalled. When seated you will find a screen displaying the Shield Activator Script (written by RobRocketPants and updated by FinalX) and a screen displaying Ship Info (script by Krengus of ASTco) for easy access while flying. The unique glass canopy spanning the length of the ship provides the pilot and passengers with an unparalleled sense of openness and spatial awareness. Towards the back of the ship and either side of the Resurrection Node are access ladders to the living quarters. Upstairs you will find the 3D Augmented Reality Damage Report (script by Koruzarius), 2 passenger seats, the Container HUB and the RGB light control (script by Krengus of ASTco). From the living quarters you have access to the fuel tanks, however 2 hatches on the roof can also be used to access the same tanks from outside. The Raven was originally built as a S core, with a low cross section to ensure performance was the best possible. Now moved to an M core, it retains all of its S core performance but adds the ability to dock XS and S ships to it, plus it gave the much needed room at the front of the core to finish the design in the way it was meant to be. The result is a ship that you'll find yourself using time and again, a real daily driver, with just the right blend of every day hauling ability, fuel efficiency and practicality. Lift: 11G of High-altitude lift means the cargo weight is really only limited by the amount you want to spend on engines (and can fit in the 4 L containers). With Advanced military engines close to 3KT is possible, depending on talents and pilot skill. Fuel: A L space tank and L Atmo tank are provided, with a M space tank included for some of the vertical boosters. There is a modest interior with room to make it your own and space at the front to place a warp drive. It incorporates Seawing's patented dual heat shields which allows it to survive extreme speeds over 6000 km/h. It also works great as a hovercraft racer, and being Ultra Light at 8.19 tons, drifting with it can be a lot of fun. It is extremely maneuverable and makes a great ship to run after mining units with. The Nuclear Chicken is based on on the UEF nanobike. To build using the Blueprint, buy the UEF Bike first and then source the remaining 9 items from the market. The bike has a Gyro because the space engine is placed at 45 degrees. At 10k meters activate the Gyro to fly correctly with AutoPilot. 2. Lastly, DO NOT REPAIR damaged Relay XS elements. It is expected for them to become damaged when you break in the heat shield.
